hundreds of people came together in Vancouver for the first ever ArtShift
event, a full day creative action laboratory to galvanize
creative, art-based action, and now we're gearing up for another
PowerShift event in just 16 days. PowerShift Atlantic is set to be the largest gathering of its kind in the Atlantic region with participants already coming from as Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrabor, New Brunswick, PEI and the northeastern United States, and with the TransCanada Energy East project starting to move into the review process, it couldn't be happening at a better time. The divestment movement continues to grow as well, finding new footholds in faith communities as Trinity St.Pauls United Church recently announced it's decision to divest from fossil fuels!
