Help make 2015 a success!

Dear PAOV,
Recently, we posted a blog piece on our website on the remarkable achievements of this past year. If you haven't had a chance yet, you can read it here.
Now, as 2014 comes to a close, we’ve been thinking a lot about the upcoming year and all that the BC Civil Liberties Association has planned.
We’re working on one our most ambitious program plans ever. At the same time, we’re facing a serious funding problem. In 2015, as a result of declining interest rates related to the economic recession, we will have to make up $138,000 just to maintain our activities!
We need your support now more than ever. If you’ve already sent in your contribution, thank you so much, but if not, please make your year-end donation today.
Already our 2015 calendar is filling up with new and promising work, including some major litigation. As just one example, we're committed to challenging changes to Canada's citizenship laws that make citizenship harder to get and easier to lose.
In addition to several major legal challenges, in 2015 we’ll continue to intervene in cases that require our support, provide comprehensive complaint assistance to members of the public, and create important research, policy, and educational materials, available at no charge to Canadians.
The BCCLA has been fighting and winning important legal battles for over 50 years. With your support, we can continue winning in 2015.
Wishing you a happy and healthy new year,
Josh Paterson and the BCCLA Team
