We need to protect the Great Bear Rainforest and the Spirit Bear! The bears existence will be at stake, with less than 500 in BC. You may have heard of the plans to build a pipeline through The Great Bear Rainforest in British Columbia, Canada. This is not only home to the unique Spirit bears, but also other important wildlife that live in one of the planet's most priceless treasures. A major oil spill would wipe out the species all together. Other wildlife and vegetation would also suffer if there is an oil spill. You may have recently learned of the plans to build a pipeline through The Great Bear Rainforest in British Columbia, Canada. The Spirit bear is a special animal that maybe in grave danger of becoming extinct if we do not act now and keep them protected!
Please help spread the word for the spirit bear for their future and ours!
I started this petition after searching the Spirit bears for my 5th grade school heritage fair project. I felt sad about the bears being of danger of becoming extinct and want to try to keep them protected and thrive! I have learned so much about the bears through this project and encourage you to do the same and sign the petition!
It is our responsibility to look after and protect all of the creatures on the planet!
