Tribal peoples impact our daily lives, and we often don't even know it. From the food we eat, the medicines we take, to the products we use – their contributions are everywhere. Their vast knowledge of the environment has aided the effort to feed billions and save countless lives.Yet they are continually characterized as "primitive" and "backward." They are so rarely recognized for the incredible mark they have made on people all around the world.
