It's been 8 weeks since we launched our legal challenge against second-class citizenship with the help of our community, so we wanted to send you an update on how the case is progressing.

The election and second-class citizenship
What does it mean to be Canadian? What kind of Canada do we want? If you’ve tuned into the election coverage lately, you’ll know these aren’t meaningless questions. They’re being hotly debated by our federal party leaders.
It's time to end second-class citizenship and restore equality before the law.
Check out this new op ed on Bill C-24, where we wrestle with some of these questions. It's currently available in English, French, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi, and Farsi (with more translations on the way!).
