In a few short weeks the Canadian Youth Delegation will be travelling to Paris, France for the UN Climate Negotiations to hold the new government accountable to the promises they’ve made on climate.
This year, our delegation is made up of 17 incredible youth from across Canada who are calling on the Canadian Government to take bold action on climate by committing to a just transition to a fossil free economy and by taking important steps to reconcile the relationship between the Canadian Government and the Indigenous peoples of this land.
We simply couldn’t do this work without the generous support of donors like you.
We're raising $20,000 to help cover costs of everything from flights to action supplies. Here is how your contribution would support us:
$10 = a meal for a delegate
$25 = one night’s accommodation in Paris
$50 = supplies for 1 action
$100 = one delegate’s transportation costs while in Paris
$250 = a weekend intensive training for a delegate
$1,000 = One delegate’s flight to Paris
$ 3,500 = One delegate’s entire costs!
