Political Activities Audit of Charities to Wind Down


On January 20, Minister Diane Lebouthillier announced the winding down of the review by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) of registered charities’ political activities. Great news for all of us. Read the announcement here.

The Canadian Council
for International Cooperation produced a series of blog posts for the Huffington Post's Development Unplugged feature. It is a place "where practitioners, researchers, and academics can share commentary, reflections and lessons learned." The popularity of the blogs has led to the publication of a compilation. It is available for download here.
