Hi everyone! This week we’re taking on Quebec’s new Internet censorship powers and calling on lawmakers to repeal Bill 74. This recently-passed law lets the provincial government choose which websites individuals are allowed to visit, and Internet policy expert Michael Geist calls it “Canada’s first government-mandated website blocking law,” setting a dangerous precedent for Net Neutrality and free expression online.
