PEI chapter protests against the Trans-Pacific Partnership
The chapter rallied outside the Delta Hotel this afternoon because of a 'by invitation only' consultation on the TPP there with David Lametti, the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of International Trade.


Trudeau champions NAFTA and the TPP during US visit
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau spoke favourably about the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) while in the United States... yesterday.


1,160 kilometres of Great Lakes shoreline vulnerable to a Line 5 pipeline spill
The Line 5 pipeline transports up to 540,000 barrels per day of light crude oil, light synthetic crude oil, and natural gas liquids. The pipeline, built in 1953, runs beneath the Straits of Mackinac where Lake Huron and Lake Michigan meet.


Kent County chapter in solidarity with anti-pipeline struggle in Pennsylvania
Chapter activist Ann Pohl has just returned from a trip to Pennsylvania and warns that we must defend the fracking moratorium in New Brunswick.
