Justice for the victims of pig truck rollover

r1 Help us get animal cruelty charges laid against slaughterhouse r33

Dear PAOV,

Three weeks ago, a truck carrying 180 pigs rolled over as it approached the Fearmans Pork slaughterhouse in Burlington, Ontario. In the horrifying aftermath of the crash, many pigs were trapped inside the wreckage, hurt and dying.

Despite the traumatic crash, the surviving pigs were shown no mercy. Instead, they were hit with paddles to force them out of the truck, left outside with no shade... or veterinary attention, and marched across the parking lot to be killed.

Animal Justice is demanding that the Ontario SPCA investigate the slaughterhouse for criminal animal cruelty. But the Ontario SPCA hasn't responded to our complaint, even though the crash was three weeks ago.

We need to make sure law enforcement takes this case seriously. Can you help us get animal cruelty charges laid against Fearmans Pork by adding your name to our petition?

SIGN THE PETITION

These gentle pigs suffered horribly at the hands of this heartless slaughterhouse, and we believe they deserve justice.
