The Council of Canadians Chilliwack, Kamloops, Northumberland County, Peterborough, Quinte, Kitchener-Waterloo, Centre Wellington, South Shore, and Kent County chapters are set to challenge Nestle water-takings on the weekend of November 26-27.
Council of Canadians chapters and staff took part in #KMVigils last night in Ottawa, Victoria, Comox Valley,... Nelson, Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon, Sudbury, Northumberland County, Hamilton, Montreal, Charlottetown, Saint John, Fredericton and Halifax.
The Council of Canadians Chilliwack chapter hosted our national chairperson Maude Barlow for a talk last night on her book Boiling Point: Government Neglect, Corporate Abuse, and Canada's Water Crisis.
