A video has surfaced showing a shark being brutally dragged behind a speedboat off the coast of Florida. As the shark flails and twists in agony, several people taunt and laugh at the shark.
Since the video became public, additional photos of the same individuals have come to light, showing them torturing other marine animals — while boasting about their behavior.
Over 15,000 animal advocates have spoken out by urging the The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to prosecute these individuals and revoke their fishing licenses.
