Urgent: the EU just approved the merger from hell. Bayer and Monsanto are one step closer to controlling almost all the food you and I eat -- from its cost to how it's grown.

You've helped put ads in key newspapers, donated to hire some of the world's top legal minds to prove the harm of this could-be merger, paid for a lobbyist in Washington DC, and sent thousands of postcards to EU commissioner Margrethe Vestager to get her attention. Because of your pressure, we even were able to meet with her in person a few weeks ago.
Bayer and Monsanto thought this merger would be a shoo-in. But with your amazing support, we've delayed the merger for over two years now, costing the companies lots of money.
It's not over. And we need your support today to keep this campaign going.
This decision is a huge blow -- and frankly outrageous. Bayer Monsanto is a clear violation of anti-trust laws, as our legal white paper detailed -- which gained attention in top media outlets from the Financial Times to Bloomberg.
The US still needs to approve the merger for it to go through, so we’re focusing on the US Justice Department to make sure that the megamerger is shut down.
