Join PAN’s fight for healthier food & farmingDear PAOV,
Every year, Pollinator Week gives us a chance to highlight the importance of bees and other pollinators to a healthy, thriving food system.
We also use this moment to shine light on the dangers pesticides pose to these amazing creatures — and the many ways you can get involved to protect them.
Last Monday, we launched a beautiful new version of our Honey Bee Haven website, where you can press policymakers for action, map your own haven and find a trove of pollinator protection ideas.
Throughout the week we shared resources on how the Farm Bill could impact pollinators, how protecting workers protects pollinators, what the Bayer/Monsanto merger means for the future of bee-harming pesticides, and how you can create a pollinator-friendly yard and garden.
Your support keeps this work going!
Of course bees are important — and need protection! — year round. But we thank you for taking a moment during Pollinator Week to focus in on what you can do.
With appreciation,
Kristin Schafer
Executive Director, PAN
P.S. With your donation of $50 or more, we’ll send you our one-of-a-kind Honey Bee Haven sign for your yard or garden!
