Pro Information Pro Environment United People Network (PIPE UP) urges anyone who believes their land will be adversely affected by the Trans Mountain pipeline route to file a Statement of Opposition to the National Energy Board. The deadline for most is 30 days from publication of the Notice in local news papers. This means the deadline to file a Statement of Opposition is between Sept. 1 and 15, 2019. Landowners who received a Notice directly from Trans Mountain may have a different deadline.
