Ministers looking at protecting
Donut Hole wilderness
Hi Paov,
BC’s forest minister has recently confirmed a new land use designation is being considered for the Donut Hole!
That’s exciting news for the 5,800 hectare wild area sandwiched between Manning and Skagit provincial parks we've all been working so hard to protect from logging and mining for the past two years.
We have to act fast before this opportunity to protect the Donut Hole slips through our fingers. Write a letter encouraging BC’s environment and forests ministers to work together and with First Nations to ban logging and mining and other industrial destruction in the Donut Hole forever!

The fact that the forest minister is looking at land use designations for the Donut Hole now — even as the government is working hard to keep us all safe from COVID 19 — is an indication of the importance our government puts on protecting this beautiful wild area for future generations.
Please write today and encourage them to act swiftly to put in place strong protections for the Donut Hole. Write Now! Together we can and will protect this beautiful wildland forever.
