Unite & Ignite:
A fundraiser for Ma’amtagila land defence
Hi Paov,
Ma’amtagila needs your support!
Members of Ma’amtagila First Nation are returning to their traditional village site at Hiladi on northeastern Vancouver Island as part of a cultural resurgence and rematriation project to resist industrial activity such as fish farms and old-growth logging.
They're working to re-establish their nationhood and hereditary governance structure and are re-occupying their territory.
Join us on Friday, Dec. 3 at 7:30 pm, for an in-person night of music featuring Indigenous artists and speakers.

- Dakota Bear | Nehiyawak | Hip-Hop
- Jason Camp and the Posers | Haida | Post-Colonial Rage Rock
- Nikky E | Nehiyawak | Hip-Hop
- Land defenders from Ma’amtagila First Nation
See you there!
