Dear Friends:Our friends and neighbours in Cuba have experienced some very difficult circumstances over the past few years. Along with COVID's hardships and the tightening of the illegal US blockade, Cuba has recently experienced a major explosion that destroyed the Saratoga Hotel, which was being renovated and was nearly complete, and Hurricane Ian, which left much of the country without electricity for nearly a week and caused a variety of other devastation.
Our Friends of Cuba committee will host a public gathering in support of Cuba this coming Saturday, October 15. We sincerely hope that you, your family, and friends can attend this event with us.
