Now that climate disasters have become impossible to ignore, the fossil fuel industry has changed its tune. No longer is it opposed to climate policy. Instead Canada’s biggest polluters want to do it their way — the one that preserves their record profits, not the planet.
Our latest report, Give Up the Greenwash, investigates some of the false climate solutions companies are grasping at to save their business models. We show how these technologies do not eliminate pollution but hide it behind complex claims. Together, we’ll focus governments on real climate solutions and ending fossil fuel extraction.

- Write the federal ministers of environment and natural resources asking them to ignore fossil fuel lobbyists, end tax breaks for big polluters and ban advertising from oil and gas companies.
