Since August 2024, LifeLabs—B.C.’s primary diagnostic testing provider—has been under the control of Quest Diagnostics, a U.S.-based corporation. This shift has prioritized corporate profits over patient care and working conditions, with real consequences for both workers and patients.
Reports of worsening services are growing. Patients are facing longer wait times for crucial tests. Concerns are rising about the overall quality of care. We need to hear from you.
