Come Paddle With Us!

Turning the Tide is proud to announce that registration for Turning the Tide 2015 is now open! This year's People's Paddle for the Salish Sea is a five day paddle that includes overnight camping, island programming and celebrations on Salt Spring Island, Mayne Island and Pender Island.
You may remember this campaign from last year, when over 100 people embarked upon a transformative human powered journey through the Gulf Islands that included educational and cultural events on Pender and Saltspring Islands.
Turning the Tide 2015 promises to be even better with a new route, new educational programming, and a new port of call, Mayne Island!
As long as the Salish Sea faces threats from industrial development, we will paddle, sail, swim and peacefully protest. Join us July 24th to the 28th for another voyage linking our islands in solidarity to protect the Salish Sea.

Upcoming event: Info Night and Film Screening (after the SEA members meeting) March 24 7:00pm at the Fernwood Hall, 1923 Fernwood Road
