Hey Jammer,
Mindbombs is off to a great start … we hit 15% of our goal within three days of going public!
Now with 36 days left in the campaign, we’re calling on you, our network of culture jammers, to take it to the next level. Spread the word, share the videos with your friends and help us make history!
The CBC has approved our Canadian mindbomb, and we’re now in the process of negotiating to buy multiple time slots during the hockey playoffs, Dragon’s Den and Family Movies. On CNN we’re aiming for the Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer and Fareed Zakaria’s GPS.
This is a great moment for Adbusters. We’ve been fighting for our right to access the public airwaves under the same rules and conditions as corporations for many years, and now with the advent of crowd funding it looks as though we will finally break through.
We’re already in production on another crop of mindbombs for Canada and the U.S. As the election approaches in Canada, we will be the fresh new voice among the negative ads produced by official parties. We’re aiming to mobilize young voters with our mindbombs and swing the election!
We’ve got big plans for the American election gearing up for 2016, and we believe we can play a major role in the ultimate outcome.
