Fall Workshop Opportunities

Space is filling up quick but we still have a great selection of learning opportunities for you to take part in. If you want to learn some of the basics to facilitate a peer support group or how to be more inclusive in your work or personal life, we have options for you. Workshops topics vary for folks that have different needs in skill development and interests. We are very excited about the latest round and look forward to learning together.

You can register by going to our website and signing up.

These programs are open to everyone and offer participants a great opportunity to learn and network with people from various community groups and organizations. All workshops are held at the PeerNetBC office at #408 – 602 West Hastings, Vancouver, BC. We ask that you arrive between 30 minutes and 5 minutes before the workshop starts.

The PeerNetBC office is wheelchair accessible, but please let us know if you need any assistance, as there is a little elevator from the street level. As well, the office is a scent reduced space so please refrain from perfumes or fragrances, as they may contain allergens that would limit the participation of others. If you have any other accessibility requirements, please contact us so we can ensure that you are able to participate.

The suggested price for each workshop is $50, but you may choose a lower price to suit your financial situation, financial barriers should not get in the way of allowing you to be able to participate. Payment can be made online, using PayPal (which can process credit cards securely), by mailing in a cheque, or by bringing a cheque or cash to our office (either before or on the workshop day). Please contact us if you require an invoice for your organization.
