Historian and activist Larry Hannant describes the context of the Spanish Civil War, the outpouring of anti-fascist international solidarity it evoked, and the lessons of that... struggle for today.

Larry teaches at Camosun College and is the author of several books. This is a longer version of his brilliant presentation in June at the Cumberland Miners’ Memorial .
