Energy Connections 2016 was a huge success, and a milestone for the BC Sustainable Energy Association. Open and engaging, it was this spring’s most memorable forum for discussion, education and inspiration. We invite you to take a look at the Energy Connections 2016 Summary Report, which outlines the issues, solutions and themes discussed during the day and the importance of events such as this.
We at BCSEA believe the event marked a significant change in the way we approach the issues and hurdles that BC's sustainable energy industry faces. Energy Connections 2016 was a day of unification of purpose and a connection of the many and varied players in the energy... sector.
We know there is more work to be done, and we will continue to create opportunities for education and inspiration. As such, we ask that you save the date of March 4th for Energy Connections 2017.
Plans are in motion to make this event even better than this year's. Energy Connections 2017 will once again bring together a diverse group of people, all with a common interest in taking action on sustainable energy solutions and innovations. Speakers will address the importance of building communities of action that engage all stakeholders from citizens to businesses and the public sector, and demonstrate examples of successful initiatives and where to get started in BC.
