Dear Paov -- The PIPE UP Network has been busy planning!
We have a number of upcoming workshops and meetings that we want to see you at.
First, we are hosting two de-escalation workshops over the next two weeks. These are for anyone looking to increase their ability to work within conflict.
1) September 21- De-escalation in Langley @ Windsong co-housing (20543 96th Avenue, Langley) starting at 7pm.
2) September 28 - De-escalation in Chilliwack @ Sardis Library (5819 Tyson Road, Chilliwack) starting at 6pm
Second, we are hosting meetings to organize keeping an eye on Kinder Morgan, to make sure we know... if they start doing work in our communities.
1) October 2 - Eyes on the ground Langley @ Windsong Co-housing (20543 96th Avenue, Langley) starting at 7pm.
2) October 4 - Eyes on the ground Surrey @ Central City Library Room 402 (10350 University Drive, Surrey) starting at 5:30pm.
3) October 10 - Eyes on the ground Abbotsford/Chilliwack @ TBA (likely Clearbrook library in Abbotsford).
And lastly, for those in Surrey check out what our allies are doing with "Save Hawthorne Park"
