Heritage of Displacement - Historical Tour

Have you ever wondered how Vancouver looked like through the eyes of community 20 or 30 (or more!) years ago? Are you interested in learning about narratives of resistance and activism in Vancouver that have been "displaced" over time? Join us on our "Heritage of Displacement Bus Tour"!

Taking place on the unceded and occupied Coast Salish territory of the   xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh and səl̓ilwətaɁɬ nations, we will visit some places in Vancouver that you might not have encountered before. Led and organized by youth tour guides, we’ll explore themes of displacement, heritage and community in Vancouver’s past, present and future. And we’ll ask some tough questions about what we can all do to make Vancouver a better place.
