RAVEN is asking donors like you to support the Tar Sands Trial: Beaver Lake Cree vs. Alberta and Canada this Giving Tuesday. The governments of Alberta and Canada have authorized oil sands projects, military facilities and other development without any real regard for the rights of the Beaver Lake Cree and other Treaty Nations. The Beaver Lake Cree contend that the cumulative impact of industrial development has fractured the ecosystem, and rendered its lands, waters and resources inaccessible and unusable for the exercise of its Treaty rights.
Please give generously on TUESDAY NOV. 28. There are no fees on Giving Tuesday, making your donation a 100-per cent gift to the Tar Sands Trial!
