KAY GIMBEL - CASC and MJAC activist... who went to Honduras on a Rights Action delegation and who presented his findings at Café Simpatico in 2017 BILL FEYRER - Victorian who will have just returned from one of the many trips to Honduras where he works with market women and micro-economies
PHIL LITTLE - Nanaimo activist who since 2013 has been traveling to Honduras to accompany Fr. Melo, director of a radio station and a human rights centre

2. You are invited to a general meeting of CASC on Wednesday May 2 at 7:30 pm.
We have sadly lost many of our long time members who contributed so much to our solidarity work with Central America and the world. We have a wonderful continuing history of action and involvement with partners in Latin America.
Your CASC planning committee is hoping new participation will bring new energy to our valuable work.
We need you! People with ideas, skills and commitment are needed. CASC is looking for people to take on jobs and specific tasks from organizing Cafes and other events to helping with computerized communication to financial tasks to videography and art, recorders and letter writers, and more! If you can attend meetings and commit to participation in our many areas of activity- you are very welcome! Please come!Coming up is May Cafe Simpatico on on May 26 – we need to plan that!
We meet at Fernwood Committee Association, 1923 Fernwood Rd. - around the back of the building in the Boardroom up the ramp. Enter from parking lot off Gladstone St.
