Save the date! Energy Connections 2018 September 15

BCSEA is passionate about providing opportunities to gather, and to learn how to uncover innovative ways of looking at BC's sustainable energy challenges. Our annual conference, Energy Connections, does just that.

Last year, Energy Connections 2017 received great feedback from attendees. They said it was an important opportunity to gain informative insights for building communities of action to tackle issues and to explore solutions that ensure sustainable energy in BC. We invite you to read about it in the Energy Connections 2017 Summary Report.

We wrapped up Energy Connections 2017 with a survey asking delegates for the top transportation issues on the horizon, and it seems there is a lot of ground to cover! This year, Energy Connections 2018 will examine clean transportation. With innovations in technology and a strong push for a... low carbon economy, this is the perfect time to develop solutions to reducing one of the largest sources of air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions in BC: transportation.

Please join us and save Saturday, September 15th in your calendars for Energy Connections 2018 for focused discussions on transportation in a sustainable energy future.

This year, we are delivering Energy Connections at BCIT's Burnaby Campus, in partnership with BCIT, a leader in sustainable energy and transportation research and testing. Speakers will explore land use planning, moving our goods sustainably, EV charging and leading edge technologies in alternative transportation. We'll share success stories and look at ways to accelerate the shift in B.C.

If you haven't already, join the BCSEA Community to ensure you stay up to date as Energy Connections 2018 develops, and get first access to the Early Bird discount.

We look forward to collaborating with you at Energy Connections 2018!
