On Monday for-profit clinic CEO Brian Day takes the stand in court against Canadian public health care.

We want to be there to defend care for all, but we need your help.

His testimony is scheduled for five days. We need to be able to be in court to hold Brian Day to account.

Can you chip in $10 to help cover the cost of holding Brian Day to account on the witness stand?

Day will be arguing that doctors should be allowed to charge patients unlimited amounts for all health care procedures - from routine check-ups to hip surgeries.

So far he has been relying on sources like the Fraser Institute, whose research methodology has been routinely blasted in the... media. [1]

And he has been using his Cambie clinic as an example of what care in Canada should look like -- the very same Cambie clinic that billed patients nearly $500,000 in illegal fees in just 30 days.[2] Can you help cover the cost of holding Brian Day to account?

We need to be there to make sure the court hears the truth -- if Brian Day wins, many Canadians won't be able to afford health care and we will have to wait longer for treatment.

With your support, we have already delivered our opening arguments to the court. Thanks to you, we made sure the reasons to keep health care accessible to everyone are firmly on the record.
